METABIO propose un atelier "HOW FAR CAN ORGANIC FOOD AND FARMING DEVELOP?" (OWC-STA-292) (date et horaire à venir), dont l'objectif est de mettre en commun la représentation des acteurs du changement d'échelle de l'AB et de discuter des leviers pour accompagner ce changement. Cet atelier est destiné à une diversité d'acteurs répartis dans une diversité de pays. L'inscription à l'atelier devra être faite en amont ; nous vous en ferons la communication sur cette page et dans une prochaine lettre d'information.

INRAE co-organise également des événements à Rennes et ses environs

Lundi 6 septembre. Visite de champs de démonstration INRAE/ITAB à La Prévalaye (Rennes), à la ferme de La Lesnelay (Chavagne, 35) et dégustation co-organisée par Chav'Amap (CSA local). En prenant pour exemple la carotte et le sarrasin, la visite explore l'intendance des semences à la ferme, la sélection des plantes et les méthodologies d'évaluation culinaire, y compris la dégustation. Une vidéo de la visite sur le terrain sera fournie aux participants en ligne.
Mercredi 8 et jeudi 9 septembre. À 200 mètres du lieu du congrès, la place des Lices de Rennes accueillera un archipel d’initiatives autour de l’agriculture et de l’alimentation biologiques, paysannes et diversifiées mais aussi autour du respect de l’environnement : nature, habitat, mobilité… www.voyageenterrebio.org/les-lices-aux-tresors
